      Hi, my name is Shelley, and I have worked over 45 years in the medical profession. I am a Registered Nurse with experience in many areas of nursing. My profession has led me to many trauma and disaster zones having to make quick decisions with minimal help in saving lives. My history includes working in ICU, CCU, PCU and the ER. I am a former Flight Nurse with the NYS police and served on a Critical Care Transport team for many years. I am a former nurse for the NYS Dept. of Corrections and was promoted to Nurse Administrator for the Office of Mental Health. I trained and worked for the NYS Mental Health Disaster Response team. I have experience in setting up and running medical clinics when disasters strike. I believe in serving others and caring for individuals at their most difficult times in life.  " Together We Will Rise"

Hi! I'm Angela and this is my second and best Disaster team yet! I am a humanitarian that lives my life to help people and furry friends in need. I've worked closely with victims of Domestic Violence/ abuse,  Drug Intervention and the ongoing Opioid Crisis and animal rescue. 

My education and experience is in Human Services, plus medical and I have extensive knowledge in Crisis Intervention. I also volunteered my time during hurricane Helene and help educate people about Long Covid after being hospitalized in 2020 . 

Some of my favorite loves and passions is family, my pets, music, cooking, redoing furniture and volunteering.

I love helping to protect life and property, as well as mentoring others. I anticipate team needs in the field and prepare necessary resources in advance. I enjoy reading and learning new things to make me more effective for the teams and communities who need us in their time of need. . I have been fully involved with weather and disaster for 10+ years now. 

Clayton, known by his call sign “Weather Jedi,” is a trusted presence and leader of the Lifeline Weather Team, serving communities across the United States with real-time coverage of severe weather, major incidents, and emergency events. Based in Grover, North Carolina, Clayton brings a combination of sharp situational awareness and formal training—holding multiple certifications from the National Weather Service and FEMA in severe weather spotting, disaster response, and emergency communication. His dedication to fast, accurate updates plays a critical role in helping the public stay informed, prepared, and safe nationwide

My Name is Billy, my nationality is LAOS. I speak Laotian fluently. I've also got an associate degree in Micro Computer Application with an A+ IT Technician certified, GMRS License, FEMA (IS-317) completed, pending on my First Aid/CPR certification. Originally from San Diego, now a resident of NC. I love to help people out in any ways possible. I am a down to earth guy. I love to take my family camping, and doing outdoors activities. I currently work at Toyota as a Technician.

 My dedication to community service is a cornerstone of my professional and personal life, shaped by a background rooted in military and law enforcement values of resilience and purpose. I have actively contributed to community well-being through sponsoring individuals in addiction and mental health recovery, and providing assistance to lower-income communities. I have been working with animals since I was a kid . volunteered from 11-16 with the humane society of north pinellas before actually working as a kennel technician for tyrone veterinary hospital. I've also worked at petsmart in the specialty department handling the more exotic pets . In 2015 I turned my efforts into disaster relief helping with logistics and animal rescue.

Hi! I'm Brandi, I am from NC but have lived all over NC and SC. In my free time I love to travel and spend time with my family. I am newer to the disaster relief side of things and, like many of you, I have personal experience with disaster, my first being Hurricane Florence. I wanted to help others in need, but was unsure of where to start. Eventually that led me to LDRO. NCVOAD, First Aid/CPR, NA I, NA II, and CPI trained.

Keoni, at 47 years young, brings a unique global perspective, having lived in El Salvador, Saudi Arabia, and Iowa before settling in Kansas City. Her professional foundation was influenced by parents who were educators.

Beyond geographical transitions, Keoni demonstrates a clear commitment to community and family. This includes supporting a son who owns and manages a cafe and event center in a family building, notably fostering community cohesion on a historically significant street. Another son excels as a high school football player, showing athletic promise. Her family also includes a spouse with over two decades of experience as a butcher, providing strong support. Keoni's life reflects a dedication to nurturing family, community, and personal growth.
